Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership! Doc Allen was my salesman and he was friendly, very knowledgeable and just an around good guy! I knew the car I wanted and he let me test drive it while giving me facts of what features come with the car and what the car was able to do. When we got back to the dealership, I signed the papers and was on my way. I had the car for over a year now and haven’t had any problems at all. So in you are ever in need of a luxury car, Def give Gravity Auto a try and please ask for Doc. He will def get you right! Great place with great cars!

Purchasing a luxurious car can be exciting yet overwhelming however choosing the right car dealer with a phenomenal team can certainly brighten the experience and make the world of a difference. My husband wanted to upgrade my 2017 Mercedes AMG GLE 43 coupe to the 53 for my upcoming 50th birthday. At first, I wasn't sure if we should but when we met Emmanuel who had such a welcoming persona upon walking into Gravity auto Atl, he certainly got our attention based on the details he was providing. He was very informative, cordial and had such a fun-filled spirit. Immediately, Emmanuel showed us the cars we were interested in and without hesitation, offered a test drive. My husband loved and enjoyed the AMG GLE 53 as he pressed out in the Sports + mode while I sat back and enjoyed the ride in my massage seat. I thought it couldn't get any better but when Emmanuel brought us back inside where we met the rest of the team, you couldn't tell it was a sales environment because it was so much laughter and eating donuts as we finalized a deal. Nick who buys these awesome cars - so down to earth and has such a passion for what he does; Mike, the coolest, most pleasant and conscientious finance director that you could meet and Igor, soooo funny and willing to share information even beyond the sale. Malick a bit more reserved but greeted us with such professionalism and I must mention our sales person one more time, Emmanuel, simply put, his sales technique was on point, very subtle but most of all, the way he treated us from beginning to end was Exceptional..HE's the BEST of the BEST! Buying a car can be one of the worst experiences. At Gravity Auto in Atlanta, was one of the best experiences I have had. Doc, was exceptionally kind, caring and knowledgeable. Igor, who is the manager was also exceptional in making the process easy. I would highly recommend Doc, I will never buy a used car anywhere else. He treated us like royalty and never once tried to upsell us in anyway. If you are ever in the need of a used car go see Doc and tell him Stephanie sent you. Based on past horrible experiences on other used car places, I would continue to recommend Doc every single time and you can also be treated like royalty.
