I had a great experience working with Jennifer Nelson at Gravity Autos from start to finish. From my very first call all the way through the moment my vehicle was loaded onto the truck for transport, Jennifer was attentive, responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can definitely make you a little nervous, but Jennifer made the entire process easy and gave me confidence every step of the way. She kept me updated throughout the process, provided all the details I needed about the vehicle, and sent pictures and videos along the way as well as the Carfax report. Everything was handled in a very timely manner, and they were able to get the entire process completed and the vehicle on its way to me in another state within about a week. Jennifer was trustworthy, easy to communicate with, and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the entire transaction. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Shamiul had me in and out the in the same day with a 2023 m4. Took great care of me and I was scared that because the car is a stick shift that it would come with some issues before buying it. But it runs smooth like butter and I’m very happy. Ask for Shamiul if you come here and are looking. If you are in a pinch he will not leave the building until you are satisfied in a new car.

I worked with Shamiul who was wonderful especially since I was coming from out of town. He made sure I got the best deal possible and answered all my questions promptly. He was extremely kind and helpful and a genuine guy who wanted me to get the best deal versus just a sale. I also closed with Mike and just our 15 minutes spent together, he was just as wonderful. Had such a fantastic experience as a first time car buyer. The Model Y is everything I dreamed of. Jayden and the rest of the team were so kind and professional. They took care of us and answered any questions we had. Jayden even took the car and fully charged it so we would have a full charge for the trip home! The car is in such great condition and has been so fun to drive! I feel more than satisfied with the purchase and experience and would highly recommend Gravity Autos!

Shamuil, Igor and the rest of the team were great! They will go above and beyond to help anyway they can. When I let them know my flight in to pick up the car got delayed, they assured me it was no issue. They had someone pick me up from the airport and stayed open after hours to insure I was able to take the car home that evening. I couldn’t have asked for a better end to a very long day. Great staff, great selection of cars, and great prices!
