I had a very smooth experience at this car dealership. The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They explained all details about the car including condition, mileage, and pricing clearly. I was allowed a proper test drive and inspection. The paperwork was quick and hassle-free. Overall a very satisfying experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bro I swear Gravity Auto Atlanta in Chamblee, GA is built DIFFERENT 😭💀 I’m sitting in Northwest Indiana casually scrolling CarGurus like “lemme just LOOK”… next thing you know I’m spiritually bonded to a 2024 Audi A5 Sportback quattro Premium Plus S Line 45 TFSI AWD 🖤 And these guys??? Handled EVERYTHING like it was a side quest on easy mode. Paperwork? smooth Communication? elite Price? actually criminal (for them, not me 😤) I’m over here expecting dealership chaos and instead got concierge-level, “we got you fam” energy the entire time. Bought the car ONLINE like I was ordering DoorDash and somehow it was less stressful than picking dinner. Shipped from Georgia to Indiana and I’m just sitting here like… how is this real life?? No games. No weird fees. No nonsense. Just straight up vibes + professionalism. If you’re even THINKING about buying a car out of state, stop scrolling and go to Gravity Auto Atlanta immediately. 10/10 would emotionally attach to another car again 🚗💨

I found what I thought was the exact vehicle I was looking for on their website and negotiated a purchase price and trade-in value and put down a deposit. They were very professional, responsive, and no pressure. When I arrived to trade in my car I was unable to complete the transaction through no fault of either party and they were very understanding and gracious and returned my deposit. While disappointed I didn't get my car, I would definitely shop there again.

I had the best time buying my car at Gravity dealership! I was greeted in the lot and felt good energy from that moment! Giselle volunteered to wash the car so we could see it all nice and pretty! I ended up seeing another car and was able to test drive that car as well as the one I came there to see! Even after me changing my mine multiple times and being indecisive no one made me feel bad about it or tried to rush me in any way! She was very cool and we had a great time in the dealership with everyone! Shout out to Mike who went over all my questions about my new Tesla and helped me set everything all up on the app! Ingor was super cool in finance and easy to talk to as well! They literally rolled out the red carpet!

I had a great experience with the guys from gravity auto specifically Mr. Savil and Mr. Igor. They worked with me and did great business. We had a good experience in the dealership everyone was cool and it was just a great experience overall.

This is kind of an unorthodox review as I didn't actually end up purchasing a vehicle from this location, but I wanted to give the team their flowers for their professionalism and providing a great overall experience. Jorge was very friendly and honest throughout the entire process and was happy to teach me everything I needed to know about the car. The manager was also enthusiastic about trying to find the right vehicle for me, and even though it didn't work out in the end, I was pleased with my experience from start to finish. There's a good group of people at this location, don't hesitate to check them out!

Ask for Jorge when you go there! He is awesome when it comes to customer service and making your experience easy! Mike the GM is very personable making sure his customers are satisfied! I bought the S class he was driving, so I know I bought a great one!
