I finally got my dream car, an Audi RSQ8, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I connected with Jorge, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and its history, took the time to walk me through everything, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. He was also very attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was that Jorge went above and beyond to make things easy for me. He helped get all the paperwork taken care of while I was overseas, so when I returned, the signing process was seamless. I was able to drive away in my dream car just a few days before my birthday! And when I arrived, Jorge literally rolled out the red carpet for me, LOL! Now THAT is how you make someone feel special! Igor was also amazing and helped make the entire experience even better. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience and takes pride in the vehicles they offer. If you’re looking for a great vehicle that’s well-maintained and a team that will treat you right, go check them out FIRST! You will not be disappointed. I’m still enjoying my RSQ8, and I’m so happy I found them. They helped make my dream come true, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

5/5 Stars — Exceptional Service from Shamiul! I recently purchased a BMW iX, and working with Shamiul made the entire experience seamless, professional, and completely stress-free. Buying an EV comes with a lot of questions regarding technology, range, and features, but Shamiul was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain every detail, walked me through the setup, and made sure I felt completely confident in my choice before driving off the lot. There was never any pressure—just honest, top-tier customer service. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Shamiul. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience working with Jennifer Nelson at Gravity Autos from start to finish. From my very first call all the way through the moment my vehicle was loaded onto the truck for transport, Jennifer was attentive, responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can definitely make you a little nervous, but Jennifer made the entire process easy and gave me confidence every step of the way. She kept me updated throughout the process, provided all the details I needed about the vehicle, and sent pictures and videos along the way as well as the Carfax report. Everything was handled in a very timely manner, and they were able to get the entire process completed and the vehicle on its way to me in another state within about a week. Jennifer was trustworthy, easy to communicate with, and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the entire transaction. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Shamiul had me in and out the in the same day with a 2023 m4. Took great care of me and I was scared that because the car is a stick shift that it would come with some issues before buying it. But it runs smooth like butter and I’m very happy. Ask for Shamiul if you come here and are looking. If you are in a pinch he will not leave the building until you are satisfied in a new car.

I worked with Shamiul who was wonderful especially since I was coming from out of town. He made sure I got the best deal possible and answered all my questions promptly. He was extremely kind and helpful and a genuine guy who wanted me to get the best deal versus just a sale. I also closed with Mike and just our 15 minutes spent together, he was just as wonderful. Everyone at gravity was extremely welcoming and would highly recommend to anyone!
